Ensure all key Statement of Financial Position accounts are reconciled monthly with timely resolution of discrepancies.  Prepare and distribute 1099s to vendors.
Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or financial reporting standards.
Maintain and operate standard period-end closing schedules.  Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
Quarterly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis.
Files annual corporate tax return including B&O, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Over 10+ years of accounting experience in General Ledger, Journal Entries, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, Inventory Accounting & Fixed Assets.
